Covers the main unit, base station, and eligible internal components against manufacturing defects under normal household use, including the motor, internal electronic components, and control system.

The rechargeable battery is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects.

Please note: The battery is a consumable component. Natural reduction in battery capacity or operating time due to normal usage and ageing is not covered under warranty.

✅ 1-Year Warranty for Clean Water Tank & Dirty Water Tank
Both the clean water tank and dirty water tank are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, cracks, breakage, deformation, or damage caused by improper handling, impact, or misuse are not covered.

【🚫 Warranty Exclusions 】

To maintain product integrity and ensure fair warranty service, the following are not covered under warranty:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, dropping, impact, or improper handling
• Damage caused by an incorrect power supply, charger, voltage, or incompatible accessories
• Normal wear and tear, including gradual battery capacity reduction and deterioration of brushes, mop pads, filters, wheels, seals, and other consumable parts
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance, including scratches, discoloration, stains, and dents
• Cracks, breakage, deformation, or physical damage to the clean water tank or dirty water tank caused by impact, dropping, misuse, or improper handling
• Damage caused by non-genuine parts, accessories, cleaning solutions, or unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage or malfunction resulting from failure to follow the recommended cleaning, care, and maintenance instructions
• Blockages or damage caused by excessive dirt, hair, debris, foreign objects, or unsuitable liquids
• Damage caused by water exposure to electronic components beyond the product's intended use
• Damage resulting from external causes such as power surges, flooding, fire, accidents, or transit damage
• Commercial or industrial use when the product is intended for household use only
